The mesothermal gold showing is located approximately 700 ft (213 m) east of the southeast side of Phantom Lake. The area of the showing is underlain by amygdaloidal and pillowed basic lavas and flow breccias of the Amisk Group, cut by dykes of andesite porphry and intruded by small bodies of grandiorite. To the south and west of the no. 1 vein an apophysis of the Phantom Lake Granite intrudes the metavolcanics. One drill hole was completed on the ore zone and returned assays of 0.01 to 0.06 oz./ton Au and 0.12 oz./ton Ag over 0.7 to 1.7 ft (0.2-0.5 m) widths. The showing consists of four N 50°W striking and 20° to 35°NE dipping quartz-carbonate veins within sericitized and carbonatized basaltic flows and associated pyroclastic rocks. The veins, which host pyrite, chalcopyrite, sphalerite, galena and gold mineralization, are cross-cut by northeast-trending dextral and northwest-trending sinistral faults. The No. 1 Vein was exposed in 11 trenches over 550 ft (168 m) and gave surface samples assaying 0.22 oz./ton Au over an average width of 2 ft (0.6 m) and length of 80 ft (24.4 m) at the north end of the vein. South of this is a low grade section of 70 ft (21.3 m), followed by 155 ft (47.2 m) averaging 0.58 oz./ton Au over 1.6 ft (0.49 m). Diamond drilling inducates that the mineralization continues with depth by is of lower grade. The best drill interval assayed 0.24 oz./ton Au over 0.8 ft (0.24 m). The No. 2 vein, which is exposed in three trenches over a strike length of 150 ft (45.7 m), returned up to 0.02 oz./ton Au when sampled. The No. 3 Vein, which is exposed over a strike length of over 200 ft (61.0 m) in 6 trenches, returned up to 0.03 oz./ton Au over 1.8 ft (0.55 m). The No. 4 Vein, which is exposed in trenches over an indicated strike length of 150 ft (45.7 m), has an average gold content of 0.02 oz./ton Au. The No. 1, 2 and 4 veins strike 302° and dip 20 to 35°NE. The No. 3 vein trends 302° and dips 20 to 30°NE. Visible mineralization consists of ankerite, and in vein No. 1, visible gold. The wall rock is ankeritized and contains fine grained disseminated pyrite. The 1986 to 1987 drill program tested the 1 and 2 veins at depth over a 300 m (984.3 ft) strike length. The better drill intersections are as follows: DRILLHOLE INTERSECTION WIDTH OZ./TON INTERSECTION NUMBER (M) (M) AU GEOLOGY _____________________________________________________________________________ PN7D-01 4.85 - 4.92 0.07 0.033 qtz vein: 20% py, tr po, tr cpy 21.4 - 22.5 1.10 0.071 basalt with calcite veinlets: py 29.6 - 30.0 0.40 0.092 McMillan Vein #1: 10% py, tr cpy 30.0 - 31.6 0.60 0.038 fracture zone: qtz, W, 5% py 31.6 - 32.6 1.00 0.023 silicified area: 10% py, tr W 44.3 - 44.6 0.30 0.049 hematite-altered basalt: 1% py 69.8 - 70.8 1.00 0.043 McMillan Vein #2: 5% py PN7D-02 30.6 - 31.8 1.20 0.036 McMillan #1 Vein: py,cpy,mar,po 31.8 - 32.5 0.70 0.053 McMillan #1 Vein: py,cpy,mar,po 32.5 - 34.1 0.67 0.027 McMillan #1 Vein 79.9 - 80.5 0.60 0.015 shear zone 140.2 -140.3 0.10 0.057 qtz. carbonate veining PN7D-03 25.0 - 26.1 1.10 0.041 McMillan #1 Vein: py 93.3 - 93.9 0.60 0.209 breccia: 5% py 100.1 -100.9 0.80 0.058 silicified fracture:4 pyritic veins 100.9 -101.2 0.30 0.057 McMillan #2 Vein: 1-3% py 101.2 -102.2 1.00 0.018 quartz-carbonate veining PN7D-04 19.4 - 20.4 1.00 0.029 McMillan #1 Vein: 10% py PN7D-05 32.9 - 33.7 0.80 0.040 McMillan #1 Vein: 5-10% py 83.6 - 84.2 0.60 0.023 silicified zone: 5-10% py 84.2 - 84.8 0.60 0.039 sericitized alteration zone 84.8 - 85.4 0.60 0.042 alteration zone: 5% py 85.4 - 86.0 0.60 0.041 alteration zone: 5-7% py 86.0 - 86.6 0.60 0.041 alteration zone: 5-7% py 87.8 - 89.1 1.30 0.019 trace pyrite PN7D-15 16.6 - 16.9 0.30 0.014 McMillan #1 Vein: 10% py 16.9 - 17.8 0.90 0.012 silicified zone: 1-3% py PN7D-16 85.3 - 85.8 0.50 0.021 McMillan #1 Vein 85.8 - 86.3 0.50 0.042 McMillan #1 Vein PN8D-18 84.0 - 84.5 0.50 0.193 qtz-carbonate veining in basalt

Exploration History
6/23/1988 The prospect was originally staked by D. McMillan of Flin Flon. In 1944, Consolidated Mining and Smelting Company of Canada Limited optioned the property, dug several trenches, and drilled 12 holes over a length of 900 ft (274 m), in 1944 (CON 1, 2 and 3 claims). Further drilling of 1 hole on the DAN No. 2 and a trench were reported in 1954. In 1965, the International Minerals and Chemical Corp. (Canada) Ltd. DAN claims covered the area. It was reported, at this time, that G. Rapson had, previously, completed a headfame and completed some mining. Ground EM, geological mapping and prospecting surveys were done in 1975. One hole on the ore zone to a depth of 42 ft (12.8 m) was completed and gave the assays listed above. By 1982, the showing was within CBS 3182. SMDC completed ground VLF-EM and magnetic surveys over the Phantom grid (AF 63K12-0147). By 1985, Greenstone Resources had staked S-96193 over the deposit. Greenstone prospected the minesite and mucked out existing trenches (AF 63K12-0142). SMDC completed reconnaissance geological mapping and rock and forest litter sampling over the Phantom Lake grid (AF 63K12-0144). In 1986, SMDC completed geological mapping, wacker till sampling, a biogeochemical survey and channel sampling at the McMillan Deposit (AF 63K12-0150). A 0.6 m chip sample of the quartz vein yielded 0.91 oz./ton Au. A 10 cm chip sample of the overlying carbonate altered basalt yielded 0.468 oz. /ton Au. Between 1986 and 1987, SMDC completed a wacker till sample survey over the showing area and drilled 7 holes to further test the McMillan No. 1 and No.2 veins (AF 63K12-0155). The better intersections are reported above. In the same year, the partners completed drill holes PN8D-27 and -28 on the McMillan Vein Zone (AF 63K12-0169). The best assay return was 0.011 oz/ton Au over 0.5 m in drill hole 27. In 1988, SMDC completed drill holes PN8D-18 and 19 on the McMillan Showing (AF 63K12-0162). In 1998, Callinan Mines Limited optioned CBS 3182 and completed ground TDEM and magnetic surveys which covered the claim(AF 63K12-0206).
