Geological Details
The showing, which is located approximately 1.0 mile (1.61 km) north of the southwest end of Bigstone Lake, consists of one diamond drill hole completed to intersect geophysical anomalies. Drill hole BS-21 penetrated 107 ft (32.6 m) of Paleozoic limestone before intersecting Precambrian dacites and graphite schists mineralized with up to 10% pyrite and pyrrhotite and graphite. The mineralized section in the drill hole carried the following values: DRILLHOLE INTERSECTION WIDTH GRAMS/TON PCT PCT INTERSECTION NUMBER (M) (M) AU AG CU ZN DESCRIPTION _____________________________________________________________________________ BS-21 47.8 - 57.3 silicified dacite: locally brecciated 57.3 - 57.8 0.8 0.05 3.5 0.05 0.68 NSS: graph+10%-20 py-po+sf 57.8 - 59.5 1.7 0.05 5.5 0.10 0.64 NSS: graphite+py+po+sf 59.5 - 61.0 1.5 0.05 4.5 0.14 0.94 NSS: graphite+py+po+sf 61.0 - 62.5 1.5 0.05 3.5 0.08 0.58 NSS: graphite+py+po+sf 62.5 - 64.0 1.5 0.05 3.5 0.06 0.65 NSS: graphite+py+po+sf 64.0 - 65.5 1.5 0.20 4.0 0.12 0.33 NSS: graphite+py+po+sf 65.5 - 67.0 1.5 0.05 2.0 0.13 0.44 NSS: graphite+py+po+sf 66.9 - 80.0 dark, medium-grained dacite 67.0 - 67.9 0.9 0.05 2.5 0.11 0.10 NSS: graphite+py+po+sf 67.9 - 68.3 0.4 0.05 3.0 0.12 0.23 NSS: graphite+py+po+sf 80.0 - 82.6 chlorite-talc schist 82.6 - 94.7 porphyritic rhyolite 94.7 - 99.6 massive dacite The mineralized section of the drill hole consists of near solid sulphides composed of up to 70% graphite, up to 10% pyrite, up to 5% pyrrhotite and minor sphalerite. The 12.5 m/ 41.0 ft (true width) section of mineralized core averaged 0.068 gm/ton Au, 3.38 gm/ton Ag, 0.10% Cu and 0.44% Zn. The mineralization occurs within a series of locally brecciated and silicified dacites. A single 12.1 m (39.7 ft) wide bed of rhyolite, which contains up to 25% barren pyrrhotite, is found within the dacites.

Exploration History
4/8/1991 In 1968, the Canadian Nickel Co. diamond drilled three holes well south of this location on geophysical anomalies in the western end of Bigstone Lake. The drill holes, which were completed on WAY claim No. 9, are described in SMDI 0223. On 17 June 1980, the immediate showing area was staked as CBS 3089. From 1981 to 1986, a SMDC-Granges Exploration AB joint venture completed an airborne INPUT survey and ground EM and magnetic surveys over the general area. In 1982, during the completion of this work, the Bigstone Cu-Zn Deposit (SMDI 1779) was discovered. In 1982, Granges Exploration AB completed a series of reconnaissance drill holes in the general area (AF 63L11-0031). Drill hole BS-21, which is located 2.2 miles (3.54 km) northeast of the Bigstone Deposit, intersected the mineralization described by this showing. On 27 October 1995, Granges transferred CBS 3089 to Aur Resources Inc. In 1999, Aur Resources Inc completed a ground IP/Resistivity survey over the drill site (AF 63L11-0081). Between 2000 and 2001, Aur completed MMI and enzyme soil sampling over the showing (AF 63L11-SE-0091). In 2002, Aur completed drill holes B-02-231 and B-02-232 on the BIG 1 grid approximately 500 m (1640 ft) northwest of hole BS-21 (AF 63L11-SE-0090). The hole returned 0.17% Cu and 445 ppb Au over 1.3 m within a chlorite and biotite altered andesite host rock. The hole also encountered up to 1026 ppm fine-grained Mo mineralization across 1.0 m within a gabbro hiost (porphyry style mineralization). Drill hole B-02-232 encountered 0.30% Cu over 1.2 m (182.0-183.2 m) from a shear zone within gabbro. These holes were completed on the up-strike continuation of the Bigstone Deposit (SMDI 1779) host horizon. On 4 December 2003, Foran Mining Corporation took over ownership of CBS 3089.
